THOR is a simple, steel freestanding cooker with an interesting geometric shape resembling a cuboid that attracts everyone's attention.
Modern design:
- The large glazing emphasises the beauty of the fire and the decorative glass type window adds to the charm.
- Interior lined with TERMOTEC material for a modern look.
- The solid handle makes it easy to close the door tightly, ideal for homes with recuperation.
Ecological combustion:
- Meets the Ecodesign and BImSchV 2 standards for maximum CO emissions.
Efficient use of energy:
- Lining the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC material ensures more efficient combustion and longer temperature maintenance.
- The combustion of fuel particles is carried out by means of a deflector, extending the flue gas path and increasing combustion efficiency and minimising emissions.
- An aperture on the flue gas outlet increases the efficiency of the appliance.
- A 100 mm diameter air intake stub supplies air from outside the combustion chamber and can be connected from the rear or bottom.
- Adjustment by means of a damper below the door prevents operating errors. The mechanism operates quietly and reliably.
- Triple air system: primary air supplied under the grate, secondary air through openings in the rear wall. The clean glass system (air curtain) supplies oxygen to the upper part of the combustion chamber, reducing CO emissions.
Safety of the highest level:
- The THORA front with heat-resistant ceramic can withstand temperatures of up to 660°C.
- The glass in the cooker is certified for quality and safety.
